饵料组成对七彩神仙鱼最大摄食率、生长和消化吸收的影响

在水温28℃的条件下,配制3种饲料(饲料I:猪心35%、牛心35%、虾肉30%;饲料II:猪心70%、虾肉30%;饵料III:牛心70%、虾肉30%),进行摄食-生长实验(实验周期为31d),实验鱼47.83-68.26g,测定其最大摄食率(Cmax)、特定生长率(SGR)、转化效率(K)和表观消化率(D)。方差分析表明:不同饲料对七彩神仙鱼的Cmax,SGR和K均无显著影响(p>0.05),其Cmax(湿),K,SGR的平均值是分别为3.00%,7.80%,0.24;而对D有显著的影响(p<0.05),饲料(Ⅰ)和(Ⅲ)的消化率相近,分别为95.58%和95.11%,饲料(Ⅱ)的消化率最低,为93.64%。  相似文献   

A Cross-Age Study of the Understanding of Three Genetic Concepts: How Do They Image the Gene, DNA and Chromosome?

The study was carried out with 175 Turkish students by using drawings at different ages understanding of gene, DNA and chromosome concepts. Students from 8th, 9th, 11th grades and, science and biology student teachers were simply asked to draw the structure of gene, DNA and chromosome in a cell and also to give explanations about these three concepts. Differences in understanding between the age groups were found to be significant for the concepts of gene and DNA. None of the groups exhibit sound understanding and regardless of the age levels, students in all groups had alternative ideas about the three concepts investigated.  相似文献

WOMBAT is a software package for quantitative genetic analyses of continuous traits, fitting a linear, mixed model; estimates of covariance components and the resulting genetic parameters are obtained by restricted maximum likelihood. A wide range of models, comprising numerous traits, multiple fixed and random effects, selected genetic covariance structures, random regression models and reduced rank estimation are accommodated. WOMBAT employs up-to-date numerical and computational methods. Together with the use of efficient compilers, this generates fast executable programs, suitable for large scale analyses. Use of WOMBAT is illustrated for a bivariate analysis. 教学与发展的问题是教学研究的永恒课题。课堂教学是课堂中的核心活动,是实现教育教学目标和促进学生发展的主渠道。建构主义强调教学中人的能动性、主体性和建构性,学生在与教学环境相互作用的过程中积极主动地建构自己的知识结构和心理结构,实现知识结构与心理结构的统一。一般地,能够促进知识增值的课堂即为发展性课堂：一是实现知识教学与学生智力形成、发展的协调统一。知识教学应充分体现知识的智力价值,应有助于学生智力的形成与发展;而智力的形成与发展要能更好更快地促进学生对知识的学习与掌握。二是知识教学要促进德性的养成,使学生的知识内化为智慧、升华为德性。  相似文献
